As you may have noticed I have cut down drastically on the number of outdoor shows I am currently doing.  I plan to continue on this path in the near future because I am now dealing more and more with interior designers and galleries.  My projects for Embassy Suites and the Hilton chain have been unqualified successes.

 

Among the shows I still plan on doing is the Northern Virginia Arts Festival which takes place each year in Reston, Virginia on the third weekend in May.  I am considering also the highly prestigious Festival of the Masters, operated by Disney World each November.  I say this show is prestigious  since simply to APPLY to this show you must have won a first prize at some previous show, so the competitition to be accepted is intense.  I already did this show last year, actually won a prize there as well and already have been invited back this November.  I will keep you updated if I decided to participate again.  There will be other outdoor shows on a random basis as well.

We are most excited since I have been given a one-man exhibit in the very prestigious and world famous Colorida Gallery, www.colorida.pt in Lisbon, Portugal.  Colorida is a contemporary gallery located in Lisbon's very upscale and historic city center adjacent to the Castle of Sao Jorge.   The gallery is noted for its worldwide appeal and offers a wide range of works on paper and canvas, sculpture, ceranmic art and photography.
